I have tried to get my refund I have called everyday send emails everyday left message everyday and heard nothing from this company I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them order number 537583

I'm trying to give no stars at all, worst $hitbag company of all times. Ordered 2 weeks ago & was told would ship in 3 business days but still hasn't shipped & can't tell me when it will. $hitbag customer service also, no help at all just lazy a$$. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR & AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Thats what I get for going with the cheapest company, they suck $hit, cheap a$$ no good bs. I bought a cheese melter from HRS. When I received it I connected it and noticed that it was not hot enough. I contacted the company and explained the problem, they told me to contact the warranty department that after several phone calls and emails I was able to contact. In the meantime, since a week had passed, I took a similar thing from a friend of mine who was not using it. Terrible company! I only received 1 of my 2 items. They want me to prove it. I order a waitress bar and service mat. I received the $50m waitress bar but not the $12 placement. Overall take your business to a different company. These guys suck!

I purchased a part and did not end up using it. Never opened the package or the shipping box. When I went to return the part they would not accept because it had been more than 30 days. I understand that parts get obsolete over time but in this case they are still selling the same part with the same part number. If they were a company who was interested in good customer service then they would consider returns on a case by case basis rather than a "strict policy". I won't be purchasing from them again.

Bad business. Google search shows item price plus $12 shipping . website confirms price plus $12 shipping. I order 8 of the products it shows triple the shipping cost. I place order individually and it shows the $12 shipping again. Paid for all 8 @ $12 and then i get a call. The won't do them because shipping is $35 each item.
