I'm honestly surprised this hotel isn't rated 5/5. My family and I have been staying here annually for over 10 years, and we've consistently received exceptional service. This time, we were fortunate enough to receive a free upgrade to our room. We were originally booked at their sister hotel, but due to construction, we were moved here. We loved every aspect of our stay. The property was lovely, the staff was delightful, and the location is perfect. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Particular kuddos to Yasmin, for all the extra effort and assistance.
Absolutely loved our stay over New Year’s at this hotel. Location can’t be beat, excellent service, beautiful breakfast, attention to detail in everything and most importantly wonderful staff who was proactively and consistently doing everything to make our stay as perfect as possible.
