Hotel Vera is a very special place to stay…in a beautiful old building in Ballarat. Each guest room has been uniquely renovated and designed in stylish luxury.Everything had been thought of to make our stay wonderful. Our guest hosts David and Martin were so welcoming and made our stay perfect. The breakfast using local ingredients was delicious. We dined at the in-house one hatted restaurant Babae…such an amazing experience with divine food and superb service by Uni who made us so welcome. We loved every minute of our stay.
The most enjoyable experience of boutique hotel accommodation I can remember. Martin and David were the nicest hosts. When asking about parking at breakfast David was out the front door to pay the meter.
Hotel Vera was exceptionally beautiful. I highly recommend this stunning hotel. The design elements, interiors & attention to detail was amazing. Travelling frequently for work; the ambiance, warmth & customer service was unparalleled to any other hotel I’ve stayed at before. The curated rooms with colour palettes that matched the local landscape. Every room telling a different story & evoking it’s own unique sense of calm, tranquility & luxury. Can’t wait to stay again!
What a fabulous experience we had at Hotel Vera. We had just arrived after a wonderful stay in Hotel Ernest in Bendigo (also owned and run by David and Martin) and were totally delighted with our Ballarat time at Hotel Vera. We stayed in the Sandon room. It was a masterpiece of restored and elegant luxury. David and Martin provided personalised care for us - nothing was too difficult and we were made to feel very special. Thanks to both guys for everything.
Absolutely amazing! Gorgeous rooms, incredibly clean and comfortable. The bath is fantastic. Owners are wonderful, going above and beyond for myself, my bridal party and hubby. We’ll definitely be back again and make sure we try the restaurant out too. Thanks so much.
