No refund was given to me when a friend of mine passed away and I needed to change my trip. The rooms are also very basic and not disability friendly. Access to the premises is tricky. Only one way in. Not ideal if there was an emergency. Location is further than it should be to the esplanade. Lots of homeless hanging around the area too. Maintenance of the paths were not good. My gf tripped twice due to an uneven surface. No lifts. No breakfast. Towels were also very dirty for a clean, made up room. Don't stay here.

Avoid at all costs – especially on Christmas Day This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. On Christmas Day, we checked into a room that was missing a basic, non-negotiable item: a blanket. At 8:30pm, we called reception to ask for one, only to be told there was no one on site who could help. No staff. No solution. Their “recommendation”? Use towels (which were already wet from the shower) or the mattress protector as a blanket. I wish I were joking. No effort was made to fix the issue... read more
