Had furniture in layaway for 3months cause one piece was never there and they were no help trying to get it in or refund me my money back

Ms. F****** gave her 1 month notice before paying out layaway. Item did not arrive in time so she was given a refund on 6/10/2021.
Hotel to Home assured me that they had cancelled a credit order. However, I received something from ******************* saying that the order was still active and that I owe approximately $3K. I have asked a manager (Lisa) to send me something in writing to indicate that I am released from this debt but have not yet received it. I told them that I was on fixed income and I will get an attorney if they attempt to collect on the debt. I bought a very nice kitchen table set that came with 4 chairs. Months later, one of the chairs was accidentally knocked over and the back was broken. By odd chance, Lisa was able to find me a new back to fix the chair and save the set! Very nice furniture and fantastic service! Thanks again!

I purchased a bedroom set and paid to have it delivered. When they delivered my furniture my chest leg was broken and the dresser to my mirror was cracked. When I called I had the phone hung up in my face twice. I called the next day several times and the owner finally calls me. He was extremely rude and said that he can either pick up my furniture (that I had to put together myself) and cancel my contract or we could wait to it was delivered. a awful place to buy furniture and the owner is super rude and unprofessional and he acted as if he was doing me a favor not like I spent my money just awful
Shopping experience was pleasant. Great people nice products at reasonable prices BUT they did not deliver all of the furniture I purchased and when I called the store several times for a delivery time I was given the run around until they gave me the delivery guy’s number.
