We paid for an upgraded corner room, but could never use the view due to the large windows allowing too much sunlight making the room even hotter. The AC couldn't get below 70° climbing to 74 at times. Staff was alerted but had nothing they could do except offer a fan which hardly worked. Beds weren't comfortable, amenities like bikes weren't available, complimentary car rides limited to o 1.5 miles without exception. Overall hotel offered $50 off their hotel their self imposed 'Amenity Fee'.

It's a lovely hotel, but the AC basically doesn't work, so I'd recommend prioritizing stays to winter or the shoulder months. My first room was 83 degrees, and I asked for a new one... it was 77! A bit much for me, but I took a cool shower and hung out in my boxers :) Not a terrible evening, but I wouldn't go back in the summer. Staff was great though, they did the best with what they had.

This is a great hotel with excellent service. My wife was pumping when we stayed and the staff was very gracious about letting us use the staff freezer to store the milk until we left. The logistics of that is always tricky and they made it much easier for us. I highly recommend this hotel.
