The hotel has been totally remodeled and nicely done. We only stayed for 1 night, But it was very pleasant and clean. They even have 2 rocking chairs outside your room for you to sit and relax.
Came for the weekend to go to WCU first home game. Have stayed at Hotel Sylva in the past & still enjoy staying here. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. Really like the seamless check in and out & love that the rooms no longer need a card to get in. Will definitely stay again
What happened to my hotel? In years past I’ve stayed here multiple times a month. Now the phone says go to the website to book a room. The website says it’s over $300. I called because there must be a mistake. No one answered. I’m confused, this is Sylva and this is a motel. The Grove Park inn is $389 tonight and Harrahs Resort is $235. It maybe remodeled and nice but that’s a lot and the parking lot is empty. :(
Recently stayed there for a week. Very pleased with the cleanliness, lovely staff and location. Felt very safe with Police across the street. Will most definitely stay there again.
adorable lovely room, comfy bed and pillows, clean, great water pressure, quiet, great a/c, love the door code instead of room key, fabulous downtown location, and great customer service
