We were quickly contacted by the Hotel Sylva management once they were aware of the issue. They agreed there should be a way to contact the hotel staff after hours for any problems that may arise and they are making it right and then some. We will continue to be patrons of Hotel Sylva. We’ve stayed here twice now. The location is perfect as you’re able to walk to restaurants and shops. You can quickly get to WCU which is where my daughter attends. Rooms are squeaky clean and nicely remodeled. Staff is so sweet and pleasant. Will be back!
Can’t beat this place in the area. First of all, the check in/check out procedures via text was a first for me, and it really was nice. Only once during my stay did I need service to my room (fresh towels), and when I texted them what I needed a friendly employee was at my door in about 5 minutes with towels.
