This place got a real good glow up and it's amazing now. Water pressure is really good. Beds Are perfect firmness. Linens were great. Brand new flooring and furniture and the YouTube TV streaming was awesome as well This is a great hotel and in a perfect location in downtown Sylva, that is walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars… Highly recommend! Impeccably clean room! Booking was easy. Communications with the hotel was great. Right on the main street of Sylva so very walkable. There was some road noise but it quieted down by bedtime. Room had mini fridge. Plenty of hot water in the shower although water pressure was a bit lower so it took a little longer to rinse. Overall great stay in Sylva.
The staff was very supportive and responsive through text chat, well before and during our stay. They provided thorough communication for the handful of questions we asked. The remodeled rooms look great since we stayed here years ago! The room was very clean. No complaints!
I have stayed at Hotel Sylva twice. Both stays were amazing. Quiet, bed is comfy, across the street from the police station. Very clean and modern. Within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, local shopping. Close to WCU. Will stay there again!
Cleanest l and most well kept hotel I've ever stayed in along with a sweet little town full of history!! Very calm place, nice mtn town! ❤️
