We had to wait 50min for our food, when it arrived the brough to another table that said it wasn’t theirs, and they we round and round until finally figuring out it was ours. By then, it was cold. Not coming back again.
Lovely Aussie hotel with a phenomenal location and really cosy rooms. The only drawback are the windows that are shuttered down. The staff were really nice and friendly :-)
Nor worthy. The worst customer service that I encountered in my hole life. I had to wait 30 min for the receptionist to show up so I could check in to the hotel. The manager, Adam has no manners to talk to the guest of the Hotel, extremely rude. DONT WAST YOUR MONEY HERE
The hamburger and the steak sandwich we ordered was delicious. The hotel is in a great location directly across Manly Beach and the service was good as well.
Locked Out Twice — First from My Home, Then from My Hotel I booked a room at Hotel Steyne via Booking.com in the middle of the night after getting locked out and urgently needing a place to stay. The booking was confirmed instantly, but when I arrived at the hotel, I discovered there was no 24/7 reception and no way to access the property or contact anyone for help.
