Después de 1 mes y medio de mi cancelación gratuita de booking aun sigo esperando que estos sin vergüenzas me devuelvan el dinero que cobraron dolo reservar, ellos no contentas y booking da largas, algo así no debería de estar abierto

Summary: This is NOT a 4-star hotel - at best, a motel disguised as a 2-star! Liked - Nothing. Disliked Breakfast - falsely advertised hours. Advised this to the staff during check-in and they said, "don't worry, we will sort it out." Went the next morning and they said nothing we can do about it. We have staffing issues. Beds - disgusting - not ironed and found foreign objects. Lighting - inadequate. Staff - rude, inconsiderate and manager is a liar. Pessimi, nella sala colazione ci sono 7 gradi, nulla da mangiare ed il proprietario è a dir poco maleducato! Quando una signora alle ore 9 gli ha chiesto del cibo visto che non c'era più niente lui le ha risposto che ormai era tardi, ma la colazione finiva alle 10!!

No reserven en este lugar!! He hecho la reserva por booking, decia que tenia cancelación gratuita hasta 48 horas antes y me han cobrado por fuera de booking, han utilizado los datos de mi tarjeta para cobrarme. Los llame y me han tratado horrible, gritándome y diciendo que yo no tengo cancelación gratuita, y que si cancelo no recibiré ningún reembolso, cuando en booking claramente dice que tengo cancelación gratuita. Son desagradables, no reserven acá!
