Overall, this hotel has so much that’s positive - clean, recently renovated, breakfast included, comfy beds, conveniently located for the airport, good value, friendly and helpful staff. I’d love to give it more stars but I can’t because of a few things that need to be addressed. I was in room 223, which is the room furthest south on the second floor on the front of the building. Stayed for two nights during a business trip. The location is ideal for its proximity to the airport and San Bruno area. Rooms have seemingly been renovated within the last 3-5 years. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning was cold, and shower pressure was good. One thing to point out is the noise level from both above / outside of your door. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and at a great location for the SFO airport. The breakfast options were very good and provided an extra benefit. However, the main reason I gave this hotel a 5-star rating and would stay there again, was because of the exceptional staff of Ellie and Mark who were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Thanks for hiring such nice people at your hotel.
I had such a great experience staying at Hotel Skye in San Bruno in the Bay Area, CA. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to get around the area. What really stood out to me, though, was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. A special shoutout to Suzy and Ely—they were absolutely fantastic!
