Clean hotel with a very convenient location near Chinatown, making it easy to grab breakfast from nearby bakeries. The staff were helpful and arranged a fridge for our room upon request. The room itself was a little small for the price, and the area does have a lot of homeless people, which some travelers may find uncomfortable.
Great location, facilities, and price. The room was spotless with daily service. High standards talks about a fantastic Management style that was focused on our special needs (it was our 11th anniversary) with a personal touch, while customer care on daily bases was stunning... In fact. Everyday they provided bottles of water, coffee pods, chips, cookies, and fresh towels... Great view of the Manhattan Bridge, super quiet, and guy at the super cool and very helpful and alway greet you whenever you enter or leave. And I love their visitors wall I never seen that in any hotel
