We spent 3 nights at Revel and were so satisfied that upon our return from the badlands that we booked another stay. All staff members were very friendly and courteous. We had room 232, which had been remodeled in the last few years. The hotel was very clean. The amount of breakfast choices was wonderful. We tried to stay a few weeks ago a female receptionist doesn't speak English. We had a lot of difficulty communicating and we left. In the parking lot we met a family that was also complaining. I don't recommend

This is a fine property. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good and the room was quiet. It was likely built in the 1960s and has been remodeled. However, the architect liked steps and there is no elevator. Also the pool had no steps. One end of the pool was 1.8 ft deep Karma and the other end was four or five feet deep. There was no gradual change in depth. They put a giant fence between the shallow and deep end. That's weird. I've never seen anything like that before.

Room was dirty. Refunded 19$ on a $570 stay after I was lied too that the 10% discount would be on all days not just one, because I didn't make a phone complaint everyday. Stayed at a hotel in Fargo that was lower priced than this that was spotless. This place is gross and run down. Have plenty of photos. Wrote too Best western and have not gotten any answers. Staff was rude and questioned everything we talked about.
