The main hotel is such a lovely heritage building. Our room was in the "West End" accommodation off the main hotel. Off street parking, clean room, good water pressure, quiet and a nice location. Will definitely be staying again.
Only 3 stars because we had to find someone to take our order after waiting 15 minutes. The meals were very nice. When I went to pay, I was not informed of a credit card surcharge so I ended up paying it without my knowledge. Customers need to be informed to allow choices in regards to surcharges. The complimentary bread was a nice touch. Overall, a very tasty meal.
