Beautiful hotel and comfy rooms, however there’s several issues that’s hard to overlook. Cons: 1. Service: one of the front desk lady that checked us in was seemingly unfriendly, which was a stark contrast to the other staff that was next to her. She made no effort to introduce/explain the hotel/amenities. We inquired an upgrade which was out of our budget, which is no worries. But when we turned it down she just said “payment cards? The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Boise, in a super walkable area with a lot of shops and places to get food and drinks. It was our first trip to Boise, we had limited time and the location aided getting to see some of the great parts of the city. The hotel itself is wonderful.
