Everything about this hotel is exceptional. From the staff to the rooms to the service. Me and my boyfriend shared our anniversary here and they provided us with rose petals and sparkling cider (I told them we don’t drink) they pay a lot of attention to your needs. I love the concept of the shower being open or shaving the button to close the shades on it. And the veiw is amazing . I would rate this a million stars if I could ! Thank you hotel renegade staff for an amazing stay !!!
The hotel claims it's a luxury hotel. From the start it comes off like chick... It's not, pumped in cheap ionizer smell. The beds were hard as a rock sheets were ok.The bathroom towels and shower were nice. Whoever designed the decor should be fired. While rustic within 1 yr it will be trash. We were upgraded to a suite after having problems with one of the top rooms. The "upgraded" suite was worse. For a new hotel the light knobs shouldn't be broken, as well as showering gel dispenser. Rooms are excellent, service has been spot on and it's right in downtown Boise! Such a great location, highly recommend
