I've been a customer of HPD for several years and have been happy with the products and service until recently. I received a box of coffee sachets that had been damaged. I rang HPD and they said to email photos, which I did. They advised me that a courier would come and pick up the box. I requested for them to resend another box as I was completely out of coffee for my guests. They told me that they wanted to inspect the damaged returned box first before they could resend a new box. Never in my life have I been so disgusted by a business owner, I am truly shook. My last order had damaged items (it was clear to see they were sent to me that was as their was no damage to the box) as well as missing items. This was not the issue as I presumed it would be sorted out no problems. I was so wrong wow!!
