I've been a customer of HPD for several years and have been happy with the products and service until recently. I received a box of coffee sachets that had been damaged. I rang HPD and they said to email photos, which I did. They advised me that a courier would come and pick up the box. I requested for them to resend another box as I was completely out of coffee for my guests. They told me that they wanted to inspect the damaged returned box first before they could resend a new box.
