Beware of the policies. Our flights got cancelled due to weather and no refund or rebooking or call from manager to discuss any options. Just policies. Turned a much needed trip that fell apart and made it worse.
Lovely woman working Sunday morning was Fearless in making sure everything was perfect. Her service was simply Enchanted, and she truly made this experience Bejeweled. Call it what you want…she went above and beyond. Thank you!
