beautiful room, great experience. you can tell the pride the owners and workers have put into each room from the photographs alone! so clean, and the complimentary goodies were awesome. definitely will be visiting again!
Beautiful room. We stayed in Glam. But soooo dirty. Floors not clean. Black hairs everywhere. Really grossed us out! Super dusty. The carpet in the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. I also requested a different key code to get into the room, as ours was VERY easy to figure out. I emailed the night before about it. No response. Then messaged the day of before checking in, and they refused to change it due to “not being at a computer”. Didn’t feel safe all night! The room was wonderful. Only thing was the air conditioning was a bit finicky so it was a bit of a hot night. We stayed in the black room and really enjoyed it. Shower was wonderful!
To add on to the last two reviews about cleanliness. I have to agree. The second we walked into our room we could tell it was hardly cleaned. There was food left over from the last guests in our fridge. Our cups looked like they were used and put back. The floor felt like the beach itself. Sand all over. Signs saying use our makeup wipes yet non were provided. No shampoo either. Not sure the last time the comforter was washed but it had a horrible smell. Everything in this suite was covered in dust and sand. The couch and pull out chair were gross. The bed had other people's hair in them. The Shag carpets were gross with old food and tons of sand in them. All of the light fixtures and the decor had cobwebs and dust. The room floors, trim, and corners were all sandy. I had to go around with a wet paper towel and clean every surface .
