I had an exceptional stay at the Peppertree Best Western in Bend, Oregon, and I can’t thank Denna and Tonya enough for their kindness and outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel truly welcomed. One particular moment that stood out was when my three granddaughters were hungry after breakfast had closed. Stayed here during a work trip. Breakfast not good. Soupy powdered eggs and paper paper thinnnn eggs. Tiny pancake machine , makes them dry cause they don't absorb the butter or syrup well. Rooms were nice and staff friendly though despite Breakfadt let down.
