The Hotel was clean, and service was good. Quite nice traffic it other noices. I was there doing the week so I can't say how the breakfast was. The room was clean. Not to far from where the Passion play is performed. Short drive to downtown Eureka. The trolly stops right out front for pickup and drop off. Good place to stay for a good price.

We enjoyed staying here. It's close to all the restaurants & stores. We liked the location. It's very clean, but our room had a musty smell. However, we noticed the musty smell all over town, even outside. The staff are very nice & extremely helpful. I would stay here again, & I would recommend it.

Let me first start by saying, I spoke with the young man at the front counter regarding my stay, which in fact was possibly the worst one I’ve ever encountered. I asked him if he knew the condition of the room when he gave it to us. He said yes. I will attach pictures below. When we arrived, we had a booked room, which they “accidentally” gave to someone else, so they gave us an unused room (which I thought was odd because, why would your site say completely sold out of rooms….if you had a room open???). Booked an Airbnb only to find out there was no room for me — apparently I was the 8th person scammed that night 😩 After driving 5 hours, me and my friends were exhausted and desperate for a place to stay. Almost got tricked again by a shady “hotel” over the phone, but thank God for Joseph and Dani from Hotel O who warned us and helped us find a room. No hot shower, but we finally got to rest. Not the night we planned, but grateful for kind people who still make rough nights bearable. 💛🙏
