Heart shaped hot tub room. Mold smell walking in. Jets clammed with filth. The EPA would shut this crap house down if they were aware. Or would they if paid off?

We booked this room through a third-party provider seven months in advance we checked in our first room was full of cobwebs and spiders and bedbugs and was very dirty immediately went to the office and requested a second room. The second room was great no issues we check out two days later I checked my bank account and the hotel had charged me another $116.43. ⭐ 1 Star (would give zero if I could) I booked this hotel months in advance, expecting it to look like the pictures. Instead, we walked into a dark, depressing living room with one lamp, one tiny window, and no ceiling light fixtures.
