Rooms are fine, but the service is terrible. When they find out that you booked through a third-party booking app, they will cancel your reservation without any notice and leave you with nowhere to stay so that they can rent the room to someone else and make more money. And then no one seems to know who cancelled the reservation, but it was clearly done by hotel staff.
