Buen lugar, el personal del hotel amable. Respecto al personal del desayuno en el restaurante habían algunos muy amables, pero la barista del café era poco amable, uno no sabía si había escuchado o no. No te miraba. Tuvimos una noche en que sonó 4 veces la alarma de incendios, a uno volumen altísimo. Creo que el hotel al menos nos debiese haber dejado una nota de disculpas, ya que fue muy desagradable la situación. Pero, no hubo nada de nada.
Daaj from guest relations was fabulous. She was able to get my friend and I a last minute table for the Handshake Speakeasy pop up. 10/10 service and hospitality
Daaj from guest relations was absolutely wonderful, she got us into Mad as walk ins during a high volume night and was so attentive to us the entire time. Amazing service!
나름 이쁘게 꾸미기는 했는데 tv가 너무 오래된 모델이라 좀 별로였음. 로비 area 는 너무 멋짐주의. 전통 뉴욕스러운 로비바!
