The elevator doesn't work and I can't get to my room and because this is a "trendy" hotel there is no staff here. So there's no one to call, no one to help, and I can't get to my room. When I call both numbers for the hotel the front desk rings, Right in front of me, where there is no staff...at midnight. I will come here again when the Devil himself forces me to. Update: they told me to just hike the 5 flights. How do you run a business that operates 24 hours without an emergency number of any kind?
Parking is not on-site....
Room ambience was pathetic . A pillar stood by the middle of the room . No door for the shower area . AC was terrible. Don’t stay at room 204.
