Wanted something close to Centennial Hall. Also like that it is near the mkt and Richmond Tavern. I wasn’t happy that front desk told me no free parking passes left so had to pay additional for parking. Would have been better to just tell me to park there so I know I am not missing out on something. If u are planning to stay here do factor in an additional $30 plus tax for overnight parking.
This hotel is an absolute scam. Do not stay here. Called to inquire about a reservation and the call was answered, "ya, front desk". As I was making my inquiry, it was clear that the front desk agent was distracted and having another conversation while I was trying to speak with them. I asked if they were doing something else and they proceeded to yell at me on the phone, and then yell at the person they were speaking to, while I was trying to have a conversation with them.
