My husband and I have stayed here twice. Once in December 2025 and once just this week. In December, everything was okay at best, but since then a LOT has changed. They are under new management and they have made some really bold choices. There is mold and water damage in the lobby, that should be your first clue. Not a complaint, but what is up with the view in room 204? It looks creepy and unsettling that we are looking into a random room. Just curious.
Got here just past 11, cant check in, nobody answers the phone, nobody at the lobby. Is this a joke?
Beautiful hotel. Very clean rooms. It has a candy bar!!! Location is excellent. Canada Life Centre is right across the street. The Covent Market which is full of wonderful things (food, gifts, flowers, please check out Magpie's Collected Collections amazing!) Tilt Arcade is a quick walk, $7 for all you can play come on! Beautiful stay. Very helpful friendly staff. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
