Lovely little boutique hotel in downtown London. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The lobby is beautiful (and has a lot of amenities!), and the staff is incredibly helpful.
We had a reservation for 2 nights. On the first night we received a text from the hotel saying that the front desk was closing soon so they had checked us in and given us the key code for our room. The credit card that we had used to book the room with was charged in full for both nights and parking. Our plans had changed and we did not arrive the first night but after a 6 hour drive, we arrived for the second night. It’s hard for parking and entrance if you require physical accommodations.
I’ve been here twice and always had a great experience. Staff are so helpful, beds are comfy, and it’s close to everything!
