Great location - highly recommend if staying in London and need to be close to the core of things. Restaurants are close by, Canada Life Place is next door. Clean rooms, great service. There are not many rooms. They have coffee and Candy at reception.

Vintage meets modern feel, with a stylish, almost spa-like vibe that makes the hotel feel unique and relaxing. I also loved all the little extras, like the candy bar and other freebies throughout the stay. Even though there isn’t staff on-site overnight, it feels secure. Covent Market is right across the street, and there are lots of restaurants, shops, and other places within easy walking distance. My only drawback was the open-concept room layout. Hotel Metro is conveniently located in the market center and is close to every event, activity, and restaurant. The beverage station and crystal candy bar at check-in was delightful. The modern, urban, European style open concept loft rooms are sexy and comfortable. The only reason for a 4 stars review instead of a 5 stars review was the room size AC unit hose required our window to be open all night and sealed with a piece of foam.
