Very pleasantly surprised, most buildings near Bourbon St are, of course old, this hotel updated beautifully! Beds comfortable, clean & spacious! Staff accommodating! Great location, parking available. Only downside was no restaurant or coffee available but very close by. Very pleased with our choice.
Excellent Staff. Good location reasonably off Bourbon street noise. Restaurant breakfast is quite limiting. No free lobby coffee. Bar is nice looking, but just OK drinks. Rooms are perfectly fine, could use minor updating in some areas, But are super comfortable. If you want to stay in the Quarter and don't want the crazy noise from Bourbon street at night > this is a great choice. Again, you'll love the staff.
Beautiful hotel with a great location!! Our room was ready early which was much appreciated. The room and other areas were all very clean and well put together. It’s beautifully decorated here. The location is amazing, being very close to Bourbon Street and other attractions, but tucked away nicely that the noise was never an issue. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby as well. Staff is all SO friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to New Orleans and will be staying here!
Lots of rooms available in a great location, one short block off Bourbon Street. Our room was towards the back of the hotel, which included a pretty significant distance from the lobby and climbing of stairs with luggage. For us that was not an issue but can see that as being one for an older individual. We were able to check-in early following our cruise which was significantly appreciated. Room could have been cleaner. Soap scum lingered on the glass for the shower which was a walk in with no door. Water sprayed all over the floor. Handprints on the white doors. Air conditioning was average. Put it down to 65 and it had to be at least 73 with the new orleans humidity. Stayed for one night then headed home. The courtyard was delightful. Peaceful and relaxing.
