Absolutely fantastic in all respects. Amazing staff and location and appointments.||They have incredibly convenient parking, delightful recent renovations.||We would always stay next door but now we will always return to this as our favorite property!
I have no idea why this isn't 5 stars. Modern, clean, safe, with delicious continental breakfast and affordable parking in the garage right down the street for a small extra price. It's right next to the hotel Fairmont and a short skip to the toboggan ride and waterfront. It's really in the heart of everything in old town Quebec city!staff was courteous and helpful to us as out of towners. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
A phenomenal location in old town, overlooking Parc des Gouverneurs, Chateau Frontenac and the St. Lawrence River. Traditional look on the outside, totally updated/modern on the inside. We had a top floor King deluxe room for 3 nights. Front staff very friendly and helpful. Another couple in our party required a handicap access room. The desk staff upgraded them to a larger/suitable room without asking for the upgrade. Stair access only at the front door; you must handle your own luggage into the hotel. Great location to explore the great city of Quebec. Close to many restaurants etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was very clean and comfortable. |Wine vending machine a nice way to unwind at the end of the day. Hope to return again in the future.
Fantastic location. Room small, but clean. We were disappointed that hot tub wasn’t working. Room stayed at 25 degrees the entire night as staff couldn’t fix the temperature. Way too hot for a family to stay and be comfortable sleeping. Not safe to leave window on first floor open.
