Rooms cleaned daily, nice rooms and I didnt see any bugs like past reviews said. Quiet area with restraunt in motel and next door on both sides.
WARNING. DO NOT STAY HERE. They only allowed us to get one hotel key when there were four of us in the room and we told them we saw a bug in the shower if we could switch rooms. They didn’t allow us and woke up to a ROACH THE SIZE OF HOUSTON CRAWLING ON MY HAND. THIS PLACE SUCKS. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN
Somehow this hotel is worse now than it’s ever been. The hotel doesn’t have enough room keys so they have to walk you to your room. Want clean towels? Asking for a clean towel will get you stern looks. Want bed bugs? They got them, and they also have Texas sized cockroaches. The outside of the hotel and the front desk area looks so clean, sleek, and new but don’t let this fool you.
I travel for work and have stayed here several times because of its convenient location. Unfortunately, last year we stayed twice and on both occasions had to leave due to bed bugs or cockroaches in the room. This year we returned hoping the issue had been resolved. While the rooms initially appeared cleaner, there was a strong chemical cleaning smell, and one of the first-floor rooms we had an air purifier running.
