Our first time here and my 19 year old son said it was the best pizza he's had since we moved to PA.
Always love the pizza, bedt around
If you don't fix this, it will be the death of your business. They changed the pizza recipe. Nothing anyone says can convince me otherwise. I've tried 2x in the past year, both times the person I was with agreed the dough isn't the same. I think they removed the beer from the dough and aren't fermenting it in the fridge as long. It's bland, thinner than before, and missing a lot of the classic taste. Genuine disappointment. I expected better from you, Hotel Loyal.
Pizza is a personal preference, I got the thick and it reminded me of little Caesars But Dryer and less toppings, just being honest. I'd take a $6 little Caesars lunch box that includes a bottle of pop over it. But hey that's me,..when you grew up in Pittsburgh you're spoiled with Mineos and Fiore's and Beto's.. anything else isn't going to measure up.
