We came here on a family vacation just for the weekend, this hotel appears in photos to be super nice with a great price. Upon arriving we could tell it was a budget hotel at some point maybe repainted and some work done. The walls are thin so we could hear people ALL NIGHT this person staying there kept coming out in the hallway 10:30/11/12/1am etc I called the front desk 4 times before a security gaurd came around listened for a minute and was gone they kept us awake all night kids screaming, something banging on the wall ... read more

Don't believe that this is part of any elite "Trademark collection." As a full-time traveler, this is the worst hotel by far in the Wyndham hotel chain. If you are seeking a hotel that is flanked by a liquor store and strip joint called the "Spearmint Rhino" right across the street, maybe this is your thing. I would never let my kids stay here. I refused to stay in a room that had an adjoining door to the next room as it closed only with an old fashioned chain lock up at the top. Deadbolt on the second room was broken away o... read more

Came from out of state. Staff was not welcoming at all. We walked in and two staff members looked at us without trying to help us. Lacked customer service to the greatest. Was given a map without any explanation other than to find the elevators and highlighted marks on the map. Housekeeping extremely loud during the mornings either on the phone or talking loud at others. Neighbors are extremely noisy in the middle of the night. I have always stayed at hotels when traveling and never had any issues. This hotel definitely is shady as they come. When we pulled up the parking lot was empty and trashy we walked in definitely thought we had the wrong place but when I finally got the front desk staff off her phone and her attention she told me I didnt have a reservation and could care less to try to help me I had to walk back out to my car to get my print out for my reservation by time I got back inside she was back on her phone and definitely was upset t... read more
