One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The soundproofing is terrible — you can clearly hear people talking in the next room. Around 2:30 AM, we were woken up by a large group of intoxicated guests yelling in the hallway. We complained and asked to change rooms, but reception did nothing. Our room phone wasn’t working, and we didn’t feel safe going into the hallway again. Management was unavailable, and the staff were dismissive and unprofessional. I highly recommend this hotel. The price is reasonable the rooms are clean and decorated nicely. I love the shower. Staff are welcoming and friendly. I definitely will come back here when visit Kelowna again. This hotel has been renovated and new owners.

We stayed 5 days and 4 nights, and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Our room was never cleaned the entire time. Towels were replaced only once, garbage was never emptied, and the coffee supplies were never restocked. The coffee maker in the room was broken from the start, and there wasn’t even an iron in the room. The worst part? We booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a swimming pool and hot tub. I had to come into town last minute and did not book in advance but Joe at the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating, greeting us with a big smile. He had a room available immediately and was very warm and welcoming. I asked if it was possible to get an iron for our clothes the next morning and was provided with one immediately. 10/10 customer service, please ensure he gets acknowledged for his exceptional service.
