Okay so this is now becoming a Hilton Doubletree/Garden Inn hotel however, this does not change anything. We were fully aware there was no amenities currently as the building is open for a soft launch, but everything else has been fantastic ! The hosts have been personable, attentive and very friendly, the rooms have been super clean and tidy (and everything is quite new!). The beds though .. the beds are a m a z i n g !!
The room was great,the front door staff were good, but that's were it stops being good. When we got to the bathroom for the first time there was two sheets of paper left in the roll, which isn't the norm when you first get to your room at most hotels. The hot water wasn't hot, they tried to fix it but even then it was still warm. The hotel was under Reno's which fine if you let us know before we booked but they didn't.
