Lachie, the main man here is a champ. Nothing is too much trouble for him or his staff. We overnighted following a plane cancellation. Beds comfy, rooms and all amenities sparking and even the lighting in the rooms has been well thought out. Had a 300g Rump and her had the Battered Flathead. Both sensational. Limited but interesting wine list. Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks Jeso!

Amazing rooms, amazing service and most of all friendly staff 10/10 wish we had places like this back home.
Angus at the bar provided excellent service, checking us in without fuss while other staff either couldn’t care less. The rooms are simple but clean and well equipped. The bathrooms are really what give this place a high rating. They have been extremely well renovated. The Jesmond is very good value for money.
