Great place. Super helpful front desk. Super accommodating. Will always stay here when in Santa Fe.
Had to wait for the FD to open when we got there. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Thin walls, could hear the room next door. Overall satisfied.
I just want to give a huge SHOUT OUT to the front desk girly. Going out of her way to help me out and understanding how stressful booking with a third party can be. Thank you for making the stay a lot more enjoyable! Take care !
Miserable employees and shady practices. The front desk lady went to the back office and PRETENDED to call a manager for me because I lost my wallet and did not have my ID on me. I showed her a photo of my ID and the booking and they would not modify or add my boyfriend to the booking. I was able to find my passport luckily and we stayed. I let them know I had a service animal. They did not require me to fill anything out for that.
