Stayed one night at Hotel Inn Santa Fe and was very disappointed. The carpets were poorly installed with lumps, many doors were scratched and need repainting, and the ice machine was out of order. The bedding didn’t smell freshly washed, and the property seemed to have long-term occupants that made the environment feel questionable (alcohol or drug abuse). I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Inn Santa Fe. The room was clean, every staff member I encountered was very nice. It's in walking distance to really good restaurants and Meow Wolf and a short drive to the Plaza.

It gets the job done, and there is a good size fridge and a microwave in my room, bonus! Both of the front desk people I interacted with were very kind and helpful, and the maintenance person who assisted with something in my room was excellent and so polite! Room is decently clean, not much noise, you will hear people in the hallways talking, but I didn’t have a problem sleeping. It is what it is, it’s not a luxury hotel, but a decent place to put your head down for the night and explore Santa Fe!

The price hooked me in but after reading so many negative reviews I was kinda scared. Luckily the staff was nice and rooms were nice too. I HIGHLY recommend this place 👌
