‼️ Don’t stay here. ‼️. During the absolute coldest stretch of winter, their hot water was not working in the hotel, yet they did not disclose this to guests during check-in. This is deceptive and frankly boggles the mind, especially since hot water is a necessity for public health and basic comfort. I’ve stayed here twice . My first stay, in 2023 was fine, but my most recent stay was Honestly quite unacceptable because of a lack of hot water in the middle of a brutally cold winter! 🥶🥶❄️. First for the good: Rooms are spacious by NYC standards and are very comfortable. Location is good, walking distance to a lot of things. My room wasn’t available until 4pm while there was a 3pm guaranteed check in. The room is also not as pictured with different furniture and cushions missing. While there was a balloon left in the room as well, seems as if the housekeeping rushed. The floors seem very dirty as well. No carpet, mini fridge was broken, and no fitted sheets! All I was offered was 30% off my room. This hotel is very under managed.
