Beautiful property needing tlc. Not quite the attention to detail that other Indigo properties have but I understand a recent change in ownership is already making adjustments. Example: valet parking has arrived, last time we had to pay to park blocks away, this time valet cred for our needs. Guest Services- Amazing staff at check in all the way through check out. Carion the valet is great.
Their prices are insane for the absolutely disgusting conditions. Bedbug on the bed as soon as we walked in, brought to front desk and confirmed. Gave us a different room (it was 10pm), we promptly left next day. Room door lock was broken into, wires exposed (looking around at other doors noticed many like this). Valet parking $50/night, otherwise nearest public lot is 2 blocks away. Would literally never stay here again.
The AC in the room was terrible. Would not get even get cool enough to sleep. No sleep.
Delilah was amazing at the front desk! She went above and beyond to help me.
