What a joy it was to be a guest at Hotel Indigo. Luke and Omar are absolute gems and made my stay all the sweeter. Thank you both for exemplifying hospitality and kindness throughout my time here.
This hotel is incredibly disorganized. I was double charged for my stay and was assured the charge would be reversed. Then I was told I would receive IHG points as compensation. When the points never appeared, I contacted IHG and was directed back to the property. When I called the hotel at 2:25 PM, the male who answered hung up on me twice. That level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I will never stay at this property again.
