We only stayed for a night but hope to make it back. Lovely hotel with a fun vibe in an amazingly beautiful location. The price wasn't bad on top of it all. Room was spacious and clean with nice touches throughout. I would definitely recommend!
This is my first time staying here. The check-in process feels a bit old-fashioned; there's no digital key, and despite checking in online, you still need to visit the front desk. Upon first entering my room, which I had booked as a King Suite, I was a little confused because I noticed it lacked a lounging area with a couch. Instead, there was a large table with two chairs. Our room rate was changed when we arrived, which was frustrating and unexpected. Unfortunately, the front desk girl was dismissive and lacked professionalism. The room itself was also disappointing—the floors were dirty, and the wallpaper was peeling, making it feel poorly maintained. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff and the restaurant/bar team were excellent. They were friendly, attentive, and provided outstanding service, which was the highlight of our stay.
The rooms are spacious and the service has been nothing but incredible. The pool is nice and our room is so clean. The lobby is gorgeous and everything is so close. Highly recommend! I wish we had stayed here the first night we stayed!
Very nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the bar/restaurant is very good.
