Pretty good hotel, nice location. Heating was very noisy and disturbing causing to awake during the night. Bathroom was very cold (I visited the hotel beginning of February). Service is very good and attentive. Gym is very small and old machinery absolutely need to be renovated (coldn't run on the threadmill)
The room was over $800 per night, and while the front desk staff were very welcoming and kind, I honestly expected more for the price. I was hoping for a brighter room or at least a decent view, but instead I was placed on the 3rd floor in a very small and dark room. I did mention that this was my 40th birthday trip, and I wouldn’t have chosen to spend nearly $900 for such a low-level, dark room. That said, the coffee from the café on the first floor was amazing, and the location itself was absolutely perfect.
We stayed at Hotel Hugo for my bachelorette, and it was fantastic! The staff was amazing and so accommodating to our group. Our rooms were beautiful, and the location was perfect close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend for a fun and stress-free stay with friends!
