We loved the historic building with the museum and the location in walking distance to Elmwood village. Staff was friendly, but the maintenance issues we mentioned in our room and fitness room were not taken care of during our 4 night stay. Hotel doesn’t have EV chargers and the EV chargers in the adjacent parking lot didn’t work. We had to drive 10min to charge the car by Aldi.

The hotel is cinematic and expansive—so much eye candy. We were here during peak fall which elevated the beauty of it all. We reserved a wedding block for our party and some of our friends were given an impromptu tour by James while waiting for our rooms. Our family was so impressed by the space that we were told multiple times that we made an amazing choice. Large rooms, great service, quiet and peaceful. If you eat at the bar and restaurant on site, the lemon poppy pancakes are amazing!

We only spent one night at the hotel but it was a super cool experience. The architecture is amazing and they've done a beautiful job restoring all the original architectural details. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. And the waitress in the restaurant was adorable and give us great service. And for such a huge, space everything was immaculate! If we were back in Buffalo, we'd stay here again!
