Don’t hesitate making a reservation here!!! From the amazing customer service from Kadir (please accept my apology if I spelled his name incorrectly), giving me a small tour of the hotel, explained to me how to get to my room! Such an amazing person, so nice and personable! The ROOM! Beautiful and just what I needed! My reason for staying was a 40th birthday gift to myself, for a night of peace and to just take a break from it all! Great place to stay when going to the BMW Center
Kadiere at the front desk is unbelievable, his positive attitude & knowledge of area outstanding. A real Gem. P.s. all staff was great and polite. A side mention of “Blossom” in the breakfast area…wow! If sunshine came in human form she is it!
