I stayed at Hotel Grinnell at the end of September 2025. What a wonderful gem in the middle of Iowa. As a Choice Privileges member, I appreciate how well they treat the members, especially when a misunderstanding of Privileges points are used, and how quickly that was resolved. The rooms are terrific, great modern decor, comfortable and clean. The entire hotel is fascinating because of its history and the renovation is awesome. My daughter and I were in town attending a local dog show when we found ourselves in a stressful situation at another hotel nearby—where we felt unsafe, the AC wasn’t working, and we were exhausted, hungry, and hot. In a bit of a huff, I called Hotel Grinnell, and from the very first moment, Nicky, the Operations Manager, turned our day around.
