The valet guy with the curly hair is a complete jerk if he doesn’t get his way, he bangs on people’s windows and starts yelling at them
We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Emma. The service was truly outstanding from start to finish, and every person we encountered was exceptional. Walter, Lucas, and so many others. I wish I could remember everyone’s names. The rooms were both beautiful and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details throughout. The food was fantastic. We will absolutely be back.
