Terrible the bar charged me $22 for one modelo that’s $5. This was on Aug 9th towards midnight. Bartenders were rude and selfish they stole money from me it was my first time visiting the hotel never going back.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and experience for our 10 year anniversary than Hotel Emma. We simply can’t wait to book again! Not only is the hotel absolutely stunning (morning coffee in the library was my favorite!) and remarkably well-kept, the staff is just 10/10. Every person we interacted with — from valet, to concierge to restaurant staff, literally everyone — feels like they have next level soft skills.
