My girlfriend and I just stayed at Hotel Emma and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff treated us like royalty. The service was thoughtful, warm, and genuinely attentive without ever feeling over the top. We did have a small preference issue with our first room (I’m tall and my girlfriend really wanted a bathtub). The team handled it perfectly.
