Excellent place and excellent food.
Not only does Hotel Emma have over the top, convenient amenities in a picturesque location, it's an excellent choice for travelers to explore all the Pearl District and Riverwalk can offer. Stayed twice in the duplex suites. Rooms are pretty though grossly overpriced. Service is terrible throughout the hotel - a bunch of untrained children with no clue about hospitality. The Pearl complex gets by on its design, visually it's a pretty place but actually staying at the Hotel Emma and dealing with the entitled children they hire as staff makes the whole experience grossly unpleasant.
