Had money stolen while waiting for food then got refused a refund for my food an spoken to rudely from the management
Terrible service, the cameras don’t work in the hotel or can’t be accessed, so god forbid anything happens to you while on site they won’t be able to help in any way not they want to anyway Asked to get a refund on our food as they could not assist us with our issue and we wanted to get out of there but we were refused this also. What’s the point of having a security system if you can’t access the footage at the time there is an issue
We waited over an hour for food. Snitzel was great but too much mash with the other dish. Kids loved the playground and its under cover which was good because it was raining. They also had a professional face painter there which our kids loved.
