Très mauvaise expérience au service d’urgence de l’Hôtel-Dieu de Sherbrooke. J’ai attendu des heures, sans information ni suivi, et je suis reparti sans soins. Un patient vient à l’hôpital pour être soulagé et soigné, pas pour souffrir et repartir sans aide. Inacceptable.
