2 room out of 3 we had - had an awful chemical odor. We were so happy, that it was only one night in that hotel.

I've never had to make a review like this. We had one of the best experiences at this hotel. Everything was so good from the beginning until we checked out. There was issue where they didn't clean the room on the second day even though we called and asked them to. But they did it the next day. The reason I'm giving them one star is because they charged almost a $1000 for nothing. I had to go to the third party I booked the hotel through to get it sorted out.
