Very clean, modern-looking hotel. Rooms were very comfortable with good shower pressure, great-smelling soaps, and comfy beds. Did not care for the low ceilings, thin walls, lack of clock, and the big bulky door to the bathroom that blocks the hallway when open. I would stay at this place again the next time I'm in Pasadena unless I can get a better rate at the AC Hotel, which has more spacious rooms and is situated in a better location in relation to nearby restaurants.
Formerly a Sheraton Hotel. In 2023 it was “Upcycled” into a boutique style hotel instead to evoke imagery of the entertainment industry. Since it backs up to the Pasadena Convention Center Hotel Dena gets a lot of use. It’s already looking tired and worn. The beds are comfortable and rooms are good sized. Marie the food and beverage director was amazing. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding. The hotel stay was great the rooms and clean food was good. I recommend this hotel to anybody.
