I will never stay here again. I stayed here for two weeks on a business trip, and the experience was extremely disappointing. First, the rooms do not have microwaves, so if you have leftovers, you’re out of luck. Parking is $36 per day, and if your company forgets to include parking on the reservation, the hotel will continue charging the card left on file for incidentals without clearly disclosing the daily parking charges. This hotel has been a joy to stay at. The gentleman who greeted us when we arrived was nothing short of kind and lovely. The people I interacted with at the check-in counter were so helpful. Cleaning staff were friendly. The bartender was great, too - he even made a custom drink for me! Every interaction I had here was fantastic. I also really enjoyed the theme and decor. Room was nice enough, but this is the only hotel I've ever stayed at that charged me to park there. I was told there were 2 options for parking when I checked in, $18 to stay or $36 for in and out, so I parked and payed for the $18, but after checking out, I was charged for the $36 option anyways despite not using the in and out parking, tacking on an additional $54 to the cost of my stay, nearly 30% of the original price of the room ($190).
