Most of the problems others have described, I also had. They hit me with the $100 deposit at check-in, which ate into my limited funds for the trip. So thanks for that. The mattress was awful, more like a fancy box spring. The TV only worked the first night. The second night I just used my tablet. The AC unit sounds like an old V8 starting up. The shower was dirty, the bed sheets did not appear clean, and the toiletries provided were already used and half-empty. That was disappointing right away. The biggest issue, however, was accessibility. There are three full flights of stairs just to reach the first floor, with no ramp or elevator. This was not clearly disclosed.
