Well, I'd have to say my expectations were high for this hotel, and seeing online pics and seeing the price at almost two hundred dollars per night. The shower was dirty, they even left half filled soap and lotion in the bathroom that somebody else used, the pool was green, when I cleaned the desk off, see the attached picture, you can see all the dirt that was on the desk, and lastly, the beds had like a sinking sensation in the middle, and they actually have like metal boxes to hold up the bed. Very disappointed in this place. It was very dirty and smelled terrible. The pool was full of green algae. Furniture in the room was stained and dirty and the floor had what appeared to be dog vomit. Socks turned black within minutes of entering the room. Will not return. Also the music from the restaurant next door was blaring loud until 10pm. It was difficult to even hear the tv at max volume. Staff seemed uninterested in anything.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the view from my room was beautiful. If I come back to Corpus Christi I will most likely stay here again, and I will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling there.

Have stayed here at different times in the past with my daughter while she was still alive. The hotel even had a ferris wheel out in the parking lot when we first started coming here that at one time still worked. I still enjoy this hotel and what it means to me. Not one time have I ever had a bad experience here. The new upgrades to rooms, new exterior paint, and the newly added swimming pool have made this property even nicer.
