AK was working the door tonight and went well beyond his duties to make sure my wife and I had a good time. We had a wheelchair involved in our story and I reckon Mich would have almost forgotten she needed it due to the support from this guy. Thanks so much

This hotel is unsafe, unclean, and unpleasant! Solo female travelers or people with families BEWARE!! First of all, I’m pretty sure all the pictures online are fake or extremely outdated. There is no chandelier. There is no lobby at all. You check in through a very poorly managed pub next door? Which makes me think that this is just some guy running a pub and putting rooms up in the building above it. The doors don’t lock. At all. Unbelievable, a cashier working at the liquor store was so rude and arrogant. Yall I didnt come all the way from United States (Atlanta Reppin) to Australia to get my ass disrpesect and rude by a grumpy old man. I ain't your punching bag boii just cause u got a idiotic customer doesnt mean u have to be rude.. damn boi yall need some real education in customer service otherwise your ass will be bankrupt.
