I must say I drive an additional twenty minutes to stay at this hotel. And I can clearly state that I wasn't disappointed. The the front desk was mind blowing on their customer service. I was treated like royalty and it benefited being a Bonvoy Member. I must say courteous, polite, professional employees like Sandra, Marriott needs more members like her. This hotel is exquisite and the service is top-tier from me checking in early to each interaction with all of the staff members feeling like they cared. They enjoyed their job and didn’t mind going above and beyond to make my stay in experience memorable. I want to especially shout out Yourmada, Alexandra, Michelle and Nick. They all individually stood out and was extremely kind and accommodating!
