I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I accidentally left a pair of shoes in one of the rooms after an event, and when I returned the next day, staff told me nothing had been found. The concerning part is that multiple people from our group saw the shoes in the room before housekeeping came through, yet somehow they were never “located.” What made the situation even more frustrating was that management was completely unhelpful and showed little interest in investigating what happened.
Not worth the price tag. Literally go anywhere else.
Absolutely fantastic location. The miracle Mile is right outside your door with all the shopping and restaurants you could ever imagine.
