The hotel has gone bankrupt and there has been no communication for people with bookings.
Great location for Comedy Festival season. Theatres opposite, right and left. It was like the Paris end of that street had insomnia ; constant human traffic. Hotel room at back of building - no view except for neighbouring building walls, scaffoldings, a couple of pigeons. Not sure if other levels of floor had wheelchair access or not for the hallway outside rooms have split level. Our room had split level separating lounge and bathroom/toilet. Great location, ignoring the trams you can walk almost everywhere (don't ignore the trams!) Rooms are well appointed and great when you compare what a traditional hotel gets you. Kitchenette, sofa, plenty of room for when you just need an hour or two to recharge for the next activity.
Clean and comfortable. Great location next to the Athenaeum. Reception staff are lovely. Easy check in and check out.
