My wife and I stayed for several days to visit our daughter at MSU. Great location on the main strip of the downtown area (the original main street by the courthouse. We stayed in the suite with separate living room. If you come in expecting a Marriott, you're going to be disappointed. But, if you enjoy boutique and non-chain hotels, this is a gem. I recently stayed at this hotel for a single night. The reviews looked good, as well as the area. But there were a few things that can be improved and should be known by others before booking. First, right next door is a nightclub, and all of the college kids hang out right outside the hotel til around 2 am, and they are extremely loud. Secondly, the room was very small and did not seem to be the cleanest. The toilet also made very loud sounds when used and did not flush properly. The bed was not the worst. The food was good. The room was nice, felt more like being in a B&B than a commercial hotel. My wife and I mostly loved the selection of beers in their beer garden
Very nice small town upscale place. Friendly staff, clean rooms, no onsite parking - only street and a free lot 1/2 block away. In a town this small/quaint this was not a concern - very safe area.
Just watched the episode and mann the owner seems to be one of the kindest and I wish them the best❤️
