I booked a pool day pass through Resort Pass for a birthday celebration of 10 friends. There was some miscommunication - I was told the bar would be open that day but when we arrived it was closed. It was a bummer because we wouldn't have booked the pool if the bar wasn't open. However - the experience turned out to be a good one thanks to the very accommodating staff.
