the worst company
I highly recommend Hotel Canoe! Our family stayed in the 4 bedroom condo and it was perfect for our family. My kids and their cousins could enjoy family time after long days of hiking and the rooftop balcony has stunning views. Conveniently located close to bus stops into Banff and close to highway for day hikes. Excellent service and staff. I would definitely book this condo again!

We were really looking forward to staying here, but our expectations were not quite met. Great early check in offered and brilliant service from the British girl on the reception desk. They provided cake for our honeymoon and credit to coffee shop which was great. Nice contemporary lobby area. Room was aesthetically pleasing and great views, however bed uncomfortable (very firm) and housekeeping service fell short of expectations with bathroom half cleaned, dirty cleaning cloths left in room, not clearing used cups/bowls and... read more
