Good location can walk everywhere. Friendly staff and a good continental breakfast. Rooms are very run down and in need of an upgrade, although the bed was very comfortable.

We started by calling the hotel to ask about accessibility as I have a hard time walking, especially up stairs. We were told that there were some accessible rooms on the first floor and we booked one. The hotel was in no way accessible. The entrance was up a bunch of stairs with shoddy hand rails and when we were led to our room on the "1st floor" it was also up some more stairs. Should be a cool vibe but fire place isn't on, bar isn't open on a Saturday night, staff cold, free breakfast is toast and fruit. Shame to see a nice old heritage building part of Australian history full of cheap extention leads taped to the ground, with cheap flat screen TVs, and lamps around. Won't be returning

Do not book this hotel!! Their online booking direct from their website took me to another site. I selected a $220 room which then charged my credit card $322. When explaining it to the owner they wiped their hands clean even though they admitted it was unjust. Zero customer service!
