Upon checking in , I was advised that the hotel didn’t accept visa debit as a pre authorized payment and was asked to go take out double the amount of the deposit for incidentals in cash ( $500) . When I asked to order room service they asked me to come down to pay for my order when I refused it they magically worked out a way to send someone upstairs.
