Do not book here. Staff goes out of their way to ruin your stay and the ignore any communication with them to try and resolve your issues. Trust the other 1-2 star reviews!!!!

This is a review for PHILLIP’S SQUARE bc it’s the closest place to the Birks hotel downtown Montreal and they don’t allow reviews for Phillip’s Square which is a shame. So here is it: This is a space that has seen flower merchants and small business owners with a big space that was underused. They have bow out about 25 tables and chairs with beautiful umbrellas and a splash pad. Very cute and relaxing. Almost zen like. **UPDATE * It’s now been a whole week since I sent my last email to upper management (Paula who you see replying to these reviews)This is supposed to be upper management, yet the complete silence speaks volumes about how little they value their guests. The poor stay was bad enough, but the lack of accountability afterwards makes it even worse. Absolutely unacceptable.
