I’ll start with the positive. Absolutely beautiful hotel, rooms are really spacious and nice, restaurant is delicious, staff have been nice, most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Negative: Would not recommend for families. Friday nights, there is a group on the corner of the street with a megaphone who are very loud until 10pm. Last night, there was a salsa event in front of hotel with v loud music until 11pm. Not ideal when your kids’ bedtime is 830. Location is great , we had a pleasant experience at the hotel, Zack at the desk was really nice and professional I highly recommend it ..

I have been a loyal and very regular customer since the first day of operation. This hotel is gorgeous and very well located, however, customer service should be the main ingredient of a 5* hotel (even if we don't call them that anymore). From the very beggining, my preferences as a guest were noted and respected without fault (garden side, no turn down or maid service, no lights, no music, no AC, etc.).
