(MisUnderstanding...) Updated below Don't trust the prices that shows in the websites, the hotel gonna charge you more.Even though, there is no extra services but you gonna be charged more. After this review☝🏾, I received an explanation via email, and the additional $300 CAD I paid was refundable, which I received today.
I’d definitely stay here again. The hotel is gorgeous - fresh flowers everywhere. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Over the top customer service. Great location - we walked everywhere we needed. Exceeded expectations.
I had an amazing stay at Hotel Birks from Friday to Monday. The hotel is beautiful, the restaurant serves delicious food, and the staff is very welcoming. A special thanks to Zakaria, who was incredibly helpful when my sister fell ill. He kindly shared his own medicine with us, which was a huge help. Exceptional service and an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel!
